I created Arctic Undies because women like me deserve to feel understood.

Hi, I’m Ruth Danoff, the founder of Arctic Undies.

I know how exhausting it can be to feel overheated when everyone around you seems perfectly comfortable. As a woman navigating ADHD-related temperature dysregulation and midlife body changes, I’ve experienced how deeply body heat can affect your comfort, focus, sleep, and confidence.

Arctic Undies didn’t begin because the world needed another underwear brand. It began with a question:

What if our underwear were designed around how our bodies actually feel?

We’re still developing, learning, and listening. And I’d love for you to help us shape what comes next.
